Big News! In person sessions (Tuesday Only) will be available starting in June. Office location will be 16601 Blanco Rd
A superbill is a detailed receipt that I (your therapist) can provide after our sessions. It includes important information like:
My name and credentials
The date and type of service
A diagnosis code (if applicable)
A procedure code (the kind of therapy provided)
The fee for the session
It’s not a bill your insurance pays directly—it’s a document you submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Maybe! Many insurance companies will partially reimburse you for out-of-network mental health services—especially for medically necessary treatment, like therapy for anxiety, depression, or postpartum conditions. It depends on your plan.
Call the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card.
Ask the following:
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
What percentage do you reimburse for CPT code 90837 (or 90834)?
Do I need to meet a deductible first?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
After each session (or monthly), I can provide you with a superbill.
You send it to your insurance company—either through their portal, by email, or by mail (depending on their process).
If eligible, they may send you a check for a portion of the session cost.
